The Dairy House is situated on the south elevation of the old farm courtyard.  Wake up to views of countryside looking across to the river Cree and the sun rising from behind the Galloway hills.

Newly renovated we have tried to bring to life some of the orginal features of the house as well as adding everything required for modern living.

A new addition is the four person hot tub.  With lovely views of the surrounding hills by day and amazing views of the stars by night it is the perfect place to relax after a days walking or cycling in the nearby Kirroughtree forest.

You could then snuggle up in the snuggle chair by the wood burning stove in the cosy lounge.  With a 40" smart TV and reclining sofa and chair it is a great space to relax.  If you don't feel like lighting the wood burning stove the bio mass central heating system will ensure a warm house.

The dining room has recently revealed it's original tiled floor and original fireplace making a lovely feature to the room.

A newly fitted kitchen is well equipped including dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, fridge freezer (in cupboard off dining room), microwave, oven and ceramic hob.

Shower room has also been redesigned with walk in shower, sink unit with demisting mirror with shaver point.  

Upstairs are two bedrooms.  Bedroom one has a comfortable king size bed whilst bedroom two has zip and link beds which can either be twin beds or a super king size bed.  All bedding and towels are provided.  There is a small en suite"Jack and Jill" toilet with wash hand basin between the two bedrooms. 

The private enclosed garden has lawn, patio area with patio furniture and bbq.

Our farmhouse is adjacent to the The Dairy House so we are on hand to assist if required.  We are happy to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
